Female Guppy Sick?

Hi, one of my female guppy's had between 30 - 40 fry 2 days ago and now her belly is copmpletely flat. When looking closely i can see her scales sticking out, any ideas on what it could be??

Does her tail looked cut? if it looks like a pine cone shape it can be dropsy

I would guess she hasn't come through the birth well. Pineconing isn't a good sign.

My female died or was on its last stages yesterday and it gave birth a few weeks ago
