Looks good, how many gallons is that?

You might want to be careful with the sand, you've got it set pretty deep...you'll either need to be really dilligent about stirring it or maybe lower it some. I really like the sand and rock look though

ok try this one maybe better. well i will try another photo later when the sand settles.. i think it is a 40 gal.. at least it is pretty close with all that i put in there...
as for the sand i will take some out later i wasn't sure how much i should put in thanks sorrell

40 gallons?! That's awesome! Those hexes are expensive too, you got one heck of a deal there! :D I think the general consensus on sand is around 2" deep. Someone either back me up or correct me if I'm wrong...

ok i tried again i hope this one is better

You got a GREAT deal!

Hexs are not cheap, and that stand is very expensive too.

well, the pump didn't work but i think i still got a good deal.. as for the sand i bought that at home depot.. $4.90 it is pool sand...

well, i went to the lfs and got some bulbs and a plant light for the new tank and put them in and on it so i want to see how they do i got some of the plant bulbs at work to grow so now lets see how they do here at home.. also the tank is a 42 gal.. i checked it out at the shop while i was there and it was $169 just for the tank..

You got such a deal!

I bet the stand costs the same or more than the tank.
