Yours tanks severely overstocked for a 35 litre tank.
The 2 mollies are OK to be in a 35 litre tank. That's about it.

Neons
Need at least 10 gallon tanks. Shouldn't be kept in less than a group of six. As there shoaling fish.

Can you load some pics onto the site of your fish. So we can determine which variety of fish they are.

I would think of asking the LFS if they would kindly take all your fish, apart from the 2 mollies.
The tanks severely overstocked., The filter not going to be able to keep up with all your fish in such a small tank.
If you carry on as you are the fish will start to get sick, due to overstocking, bad water quality.

Immediate water change.
Feed some shelled peas.

The best advice I can offer is do your own research on what fish you can have in a 35 litre tank.

One of your fish looks like a glow light tetra.
I've kept them. Lovely fish.
Can't make out the other one as the angle not to good.

Glow light tetra also need at least a 10 gallon tank. Have to be kept in group of no less than 6.

All I can advise you to do is keep the 2 mollies. Rehome the rest.
If you want to keep them all you will have to upgrade your tank to at least 25 gallon tank.

Chinese algae eater are very aggressive fish.
Here some information. (Click on the link)

It's best to do your own research as some LFS don't always give the correct information and advice.

Always research the fish before you buy. Tank size, compatibility, adult size.
