I was about to say it looks like you have ALOT of algae in the tank with the ADF and this isnt good.

I'd suggest getting a Syphon Hoover to get all of the stuff thats formed on the substrate off and make sure you keep the sides clean. Using a Syphon will also do you a water change which will help keep things under control.
