I had a pair of mollies who had this, which i thought was whitespot. It turned out that after 6m of treating them, it just wasnt budging, and i ended up putting them to sleep. Seems it was columnaris :( If you havent already, separate them.

I've had this problem with mollies in the past, atleast it looked the same. This was a very long time ago. The explanation I got from my lfs was that they keep their mollies in brackish water and I was trying to keep them in freshwater. I don't know if that was the real reason or not, but when I started keeping them in brackish water, they did much better for me.

Mollies are true brackish fish, try making a 10 gallon tank into brackish and keeping in there.
