Are My Guppies Pregnant?

Hiya, i think my two guppies are pregnant, but can anyone confirm this? and if so does anyone have any idea when they might drop?

They both look pregnant, I'd guess maybe they have a week or so to go yet as beither are squared off.
The first one looks closer but still has a bit to go.
Old man is better at predicting drops

I'd say they're both pregnant and both have about 2-3 weeks left before they drop. Your red tailed female seems to have a pretty bad spine... I'd keep an eye on that.

cheers, have to wait to see if oldman comes on soon.
the bottom one is actually much larger than the first one but the pictures not the best, will try and take another picture and upload it

We bought her from our LFS, and didnt notice her spine till we got home and put her in our tank. we bought her about 2 weeks ago and we think she was pregnant when we bought her so shouldnt be too long now!

heres a slightly different angle of the blue guppy, to me she looks massive but its hard to show in a photo. We also have another blue guppy and she had her fry about a week ago and she wasnt quite as big and nor squared off.

She does look large but this was my old female. In this picture she still had 3 weeks left and had been pregnant for about 1-2 weeks already...

i see, will just have to keep an eye on them. any signs i should keep a look out for? Also which one do you think is more likely to drop first?

Look out for them taking on a boxy shape & isolating themselves.
They're all different though.
I had some would just drop all over the tank, others would hide, just keep an eye on them

The blue tailed one is not about to drop but might within a week or so. The red tailed one is a bit further off but probably within about 2 weeks.

Look for their stomach being kind of square. Once you see that, you know that they're getting very close to dropping.
