Gill flukes

I had a clown loach that had gill fluke worms. I used parasite clear by Jungle Buddies and by the next morning (this morning) The stupid thing had fallen off. Can she come out of the hospitol tank yet, or should I leave her in there for another day? Here's a pic of her. She was not being photogenic at all today.
