Just Found This In My Tank!

hi all
just looking over the tank and i noticed a wee snail, he must have came in with the java moss i got or something?

question is am i about to have millions of these in my tank lol? and are they a pain on the !"£$

also a pic of my molly i took, i noticed when i bought her she had this wee yellow / gold coloured spots, is this quite common on mollies?

I think that is a ramshorn snail and I believe they populate quite fast. As for the molly, that looks like normal coloration to me.

should i just let it be and it will clean up my tank etc or should i be looking to rid my tank of them?

As long as you don't overfeed, they shouldn't become a problem. I'd let them be to clean up some of the tank.
