Dead Pregnant Guppy

My pregnant guppy died last night and when I looked she had a small red bump on the bottom of her body. Could that have killed her and what could have caused it?

She didn't eat anything for the past three days and she didn't poop for those three days also I had a platy with suspected fish TB since she had a curved spine. Also she was swimming around in circles and erratically I thought it might have been the onset of labor since my platties acted erratically when they give birth.

Constipated?


Do you feed peas at all? Do you fast them at all?

I feed them once a day, give them peas since my lyretail swordtail was constipated too but now he is fine and they love to eat the algae wafers I have for my otto catfish which makes them poop a lot.
