Can anyone please tell me if my Molly is pregnant, as in the picture, she has been hiding for long periods of time, mostly in the evening. Last night she looked really tired.

Difficult to tell from the photo, as the abdominal area is being masked a bit by the gravel.

Does she have a male tankmate(s)? Has she had a male tankmate(s) in the last 6 months?

no and yes. will try to get another photo :)

In that case, it's odds-on that she is pregnant.

Female poecilid livebearers (which includes all the popular livebearer species, including mollies) have the ability to sperm packets for up to 6 months after their last, ahem, encounter, and use it to continue dropping fry every 4-6 weeks.

it don't look like she's pregnant to me or even a molly.

 That's what the fish shop said it was. Though, thinking about it every other one I've been into the mollies look alot bigger and have large fins. I wonder if she is a hybrid.

Just been doing some browsing and found that she is a Dwarf Molly (poecilia chica).

She certainly doesn't look too far-gone, but she's a poecilid, so.....

For jkb1977, teP. chica is a wild type fish, it does not carry the intense coloring of the sample we are looking at. Based on the head shape and looking at the coloring that reflects commercial breeding, I would guess some kind of platy. It is about 2 weeks or more from the next drop in my estimation.
