Balloon Mollies

I've seen many posts on here talk about mollys and how they 'drop' every 4 weeks or so, and same for guppies, i have a question, what about balloon mollies? they are round and fat as it is, how can you tell if they are pregnant? also my tank is 30cm high and 30cm depth, if there are fry i'm looking to divide the tank, looking on ebay for a cheap divider but can't work out which one it is i need etc, some help there would be very much welcome

They are the same as normal mollys id suppose they r live bearers

Telling if prego is the same swollen abdomen with fry gravid spot that type of thing

I usually can't tell that mine are pregnant until they really start to get large a week or two before their drop...

this is what mine looked like pretty close to the end...like a day or two...close to the end, about a week or two until their drop, you can usually tell because you can see their stomach sticking out on either side of them when you look at them from head on you can't tell if they are pregnant because of a gravid spot...they are colored...unless there was a pure white balloon molly with a gravid spot I suppose...and yes they drop about every four weeks...exactly the same as any other livebearer

Shaed that looks like a male to me its anal fin is pointed

If it is a female it cld be see if she gets fatter n look for a gravid spot it will obv be easyer to tell with yours as its white ish but it will still be hard as it has blackish colouring aswell

Liquid skills that definately looks like a female to me...ShaedM if she is in a tank, or ever has been in a tank, with males, she is probably pregnant...like I said, look at her straight on or from above...if her stomach extends out to the sides she is most likely pregnant and pretty close to dropping...maybe can you try to get a picture of her from head on and another one looking down at her from above?
