here is the hong kong pleco the lfs said they have never seen one with such markings, to be honest im not convinced it is a hong kong pleco although same features in a tank of hundreds he was the only one like this.

The Hillstream Loach looks to be Pseudogastromyzon fasciatus, quite a common species.

well thanks ryan i just done a search on google from the latin name and it appears to be called a chinese zebra loach and not a hong kong pleco.

A Hong Kong Pleco is just another common name for some of the fish in the Hillstream Loach family, other names include Coldwater Pleco and Coldwater Stingray as well as Hillstream Loach.
