29 gallon tank stand done

Well, I finally finished the stand for my 29 gallon tank.
Hopefully by the end of this week I will have the tank starting to cycle.

Like most my projects I start off with a bang and then stop for a while. I had the bottom stand finished in 2 weeks. Then was not 100% sure how I was going to do the top. I let it sit for a month. All in all it would take about 3 weeks.

Sorry. No blue prints. Almost everything I make, I just wing it.
Some ideas on how I did it are:
The wood frame that I made is the 1/8" larger then the dimensions of the tank which will hold it.
1/8" verneer plywood for the skin on the frame.
Chairrail from Lowes for the door frame and top and bottom of the stand and hood.
