Hi everyone,
just wondering is my white molly is pregnant, as you can see i have some babies in a net in the background, they are from a different female molly from about 6 days ago.

Yes, she's looking nicely squared-off. Fry imminent.

will go to the fish shop tomorrow to pick up a plant. survival of the fittest for this lot though!

Good luck! and congrats it looks you you will have a lot more fry hehe.

another question, in the top left of the photo you can see i have a mosaic guppy but with a very small tail, does anyone know why this is? he had a beautiful big tail when i got him, it seems to be shrinking!

Just be patient :) I thought my molly was ready to drop a week ago, she was huge, but she only dropped this morning.

i have a white molly and dalmation molly that are that big. i think my white one is bigger though. Good luck!!

I notice you have an angel in there also. Same as me. When he's grown a bit more most of your fry will be eaten before you can get to them.

still no babies! will get an updated photo soon.
my angel is a hungry little fish, but i dont want to have too many fish in the tank so they just need to find places to hide and survive. got some more plants for them to hide in.

The reason for your guppy's shrinking tail is most likely because of the Angel... Angels aren't really compatible with peaceful fish like Guppies...

i have to admit although angelfish and guppies should not be together, i haven't had any issues with them at all. However this said i am going to be getting rid of my angels as they are out growing my tank. At the time i "adopted" them i was not aware that a short tank is an issue. My tank is only 13inches tall and angelfish require at least 18inches in height to support their long tall top and bottom fins.

I would love to keep all 4 of my angels, but i can't afford a new tank at this time and i don't want them to be uncomfortable as they get bigger.
