Cool! How big is he and what type of pleco? My little albino Bristlenose loves Italian squash slices. I weigh it down with a lead plant weight.

Hes only a baby, 2 inch common plec.

He will outgrow my tank eventually

but planning on getting a big 4 footer after christmas

He is pushing my gouramis off of it! The broccoli sinks, so all is good!

I'm going to try that! I thought about the lead weight and I think it is not good for my pleco.

I boiled it first, made it nice and soft.

Dont want to take it out now....

Pretty sure they are not lead these days.

Safe alternative is a stainless steel work or spoon

Literally hanging off of it...

I suspended it in the tank for a bit so the others could have a peck at it...but hes not having any of it!
