Is there any way you can zoom in on the spot? I can see the spot you are talking about, but no definition. And as mentioned, water parameters would be good also.

you rarely get one spot, id have some whitespot in the cupboard ready always have a bottle in stock and see if anymore develop, i wouldnt treat for anything just for that. di
Water condition are ok.. NO2/NO3 at 0, Ph around 7ish temperature 25C
Fish acting normal, so I can't see anithing wrong. Eating and pooing as well
It's 4days since I got them from LFS and that sopt is there but he is not developing.
I' am keeping them in Q tank so will see what happens next.. Tnx for replay, I'll try to get zoom on ptc

NO3-(nitrate?) shouldn't that be more then 0...around 10? 
I am not sure if they should be around 10... as far as I know, but anyway that can't be the problem.
could it be something like 'birthmark'??? it doesn't look like disease at all.
