Unsure What Fish This Is Help?

Hi all

New member here. I recently bought a new tank from a friend of a friend and it came with 4 fish. 1 large pleco and these 3 fish. i have tried to search online to find out what they are and have been unable to. The biggest one is ruffly 7cm. Sorry picture is a bit blurry. Any help and advice on these fish will be very helpfull. Thank you

Looks like a rainbow cichlid Herotilapia multispinosa to me; have a google and see if that's it.
