DEFENTLY A FUNGAL DISEASE :)

DO A TREATMENT FOR FUNGAL

DO A 25% WATER CHANGE BEFORE ADDING THE CHEMICAL. SHOULD SEE IT STARTING TO IMPROVE IN 3 DAYS OR SO.

YOU MAY HAVE TO DO A SECOND DOSE OF TREATMENT IF NOT CLEAR IN THE RECCOMENED TIME FRAM FROM THE CHEMIALS DIRECTIONS.

ALSO UP YOU HEATER 2 DEGRESS IT HELPS KILL DISEASES :)

ALSO BECAUSE YOU HAVE LEFT IT SO LONG. (2-3 WEEKS) THIS FISH MAY HAVE SOME SCARING WHICH WILL NOT HEAL :(

The photograph is rather blurred so it's difficult to give an exact diagnosis - but I have heard about a viral disease called LYMPHOCYSTIS which causes a kind of cluster of off white/clear growths that resemble a raspberry (or some say it resembles cauliflower).

Have a little read up on that and see if the symptoms are the same that your fish has.

Apparently, it's quite rare and non-curable (but rarely fatal), although using a good anti-bac, like Myxazin, can help the fish return to normal.

Regards

Athena

THANKS Everyon for your HELP! I will look into both of these. It does look sort of like cauliflower. Here is another pic.

I am using Aquarium Products Anti-Fungus because it is the only thing I have right now. It turned the tank green.
