I have setup my new 110Lt tank it has a mixture of silver sand and gravel on a 2inch substrate of JBL aquabasis plus, a nice peice of bog wood and a slice of slate, now into day 3 of fishless cycle, going to add the filter from my other tank as it is due for a change (got a small hole) going to hang it in the flow from the pump.
Planning to have eather 4 angels or 4/5 gouramis and a few Amano srimps.

i like the vast differences in substrate depth! looks cool. if the pic was a little bigger i would be able to see whats going on more clearly, but i think thats neat looking.

I too have a recently 110L tropical tank, very similiar dimensions to yours, but i was advised to stay clear of the Angel fish..i have read elsewhere on here that they CAN grow to nearly a foot.

Terry.

Hi
how did you build up the left side of tank?

Lumps of lava rock glued together with silicon aquatic sealer and on to pieces of slate so that if they need to be removed some time in the future they are not stuck to the glass bottom of the tank
