Cory Front Fins Crooked

Hi guys,

One of my corys has both his left and right front fins crooked. Looks like disabled or fractured. I never noticed it when i got him from the LFS. Will he recover?

There's no aggressive fish in the tank, and he is swimming and eating fine. Hangs out with his friends and go all around.

Attached is a picture of him, it's a bit blur, so i've outlined his fin.

Odds are good it was born with the problem. Do you know if the fish was wild caught or tank bred?

The LFS says he got his stock imported. He not sure if from wild or tank. Tank more prone to have born with disabilities?

Kinda sad looking at his fins. But he is doing fine and eating well so far.
