Fish Illness?

Hello,

I recently treated my tank for white spot, a few fish had little white spots on them but it seemed to have gone. I carried on treatment for a few days after the spots disappeared. I've noticed, though, that my female blue Ram has white patches near her tail fins, see (bad) photo. I can't see anything similar on other fish and it's more like white patches than little spots, like a few of her scales are bleached and protruding. Otherwise she's acting normally. I do think she had white spot in that area before though.

Any idea what this could be? I don't want to treat for the wrong thing or treat the tank unnecessarily.

Looking at my Fish Ailments book I'd have guessed Lymphocystic/Cauliflower disease. My wife tells me she's had it a day or 2 but that it hasn't spread. Does it look like this?
