redone 18 gallon

I went to change the gravel in my 18 because it was really ugly black gravel with neon colors in it. But I got the bright idea to boil some water and let it cool a little and quickly dip my plants in it to kill snails. That didn't work. They shriveled up into a little ball . So I went and bought some more plants to add to the shriveled up ones so it doesn't look so bad.

Here is what it looked like before.

Here it is now. It's stilly a little misty. This picture is really blurry because I took it without flash so you can see the real colors.

The plants aren't as long as they used to be so there is a big gap at the top of the water but the danios like it that way. The two long plants in the middle of the tank are the ones the shriveled up hehe. There are also some shriveled up ones at the front of the tank but you can't really tell.

I think it looks much better now, with more plants and the natural gravel.

Deffinatly looks alot nicer now
