Please Help...are These Eggs?

Hi all, found this at the top of my filter yesterday. It seemed to disappear over the day but more are there today. Are they fish eggs? I have Neons, Glowlgights, Cherry barbs and Emperors which are all egg scatterers but is this the usual place for a fish to deposit eggs? Thanks for reading, would love to know what it is!
