Nice fish m8! Have you positively ID'd the Tiger yet? I've looked on planet Catfish. Let me know the L-number that shop told you.... :)

well Jools at planetcatfish seems to think L002, but while i was flicking though the updates for my copy of aqualog Loricariidae all L numbers i came across L271 Tapajos tiger and it looks excatly the same as mine, more so than the L002. and as they both the L270 and the L271 come from the Tapajos region of brazil i guess they are shipped together so to speak... let me know what u think or anyone! Be good to be positive about which he or she is ( i think its a she)

just looked at all 3 pics at once and its very confusing the dorsal fins are the same on both the face is slighty different but then they never excatly the same sheesh! what have i done here lol

The interesting thing about Planet Catfish though Cry is that they are up to date, Aqualog, although useful, are a little dated and a lot of the Professional community don't necessarily trust all of the information that it carries. Cat specialists tend to refer to DATZ now for positive ID.... although how positive even that is can open up a debate to end all debates. I would trust Planet Catfish personally, they've been a valuable source of reference to me over the last few years. One thing is for sure though, he/she is still a very striking and beautiful fish m8! :)

guess then it a new plec now then! lol its a L002 now to ind out how much they are selling for to see how much ammo i have to fire at the shop on thrusday!

my zebra L270 is now on planetcatfish.com :D :D :D :D
