Ollie went for an operation today. Neutered him. So he's not in the best mood tonight. Won't move from the back door. Apparently he could have died from the anaesthetic today whilst under and still could whilst he's recovering.

I hope he perks up a wee bit.

Awww they're lovely

My cat wasn't too happy when we neutered him either .........

Awhh, they're both adorable! It's so sweet that Ebony licks Ollie

She's defiantly one of the best dogs I've owned. Ollie and rosie (the other rabbit) had 8 wee bunnies 3 weeks ago. Ebony is mad for them. She thinks their her babies, cleaning them and everything. She is great. She's the same with the cats too.

We have a springer spaniel too, and the kids decided to bring home some stray kittens they found outside the swimming pool. The springer took them on as her own, feeding them and everything. The results wasn't too good and I believe the dog thought they were hers so she wouldn't stop feeding them. We had to re-home them as it really wasn't good for them.

Don't know how the springer managed to produce milk as she's never had any pups.

Thanks seffie, she's a big softie and loves nothing more than getting her ears and belly rubbed.

Just an update. Seems we have a load more rabbits this morning. 4 weeks after the last 8. We got rosie the female rabbit from pets at home as a adoption. They said she was neutered, we worked out she wasn't on the first litter. We kept ollie separate from her in another hutch since we seen the baby rabbits and only put him back in with the others a couple of days after his operation. I'm kinda confused how this happened, well, I know how it happened but I cannot see how because ollie was kept away from her. There is now 16 baby rabbits in there of two different ages.

The pet shop has said it will take some of them, (the. Fist ones) and the kids' friends have said they would take some (their parents haven't though) but I cannot wait until all the babies are gone. I am seriously thinking of taking them all to pets at home and saying that's the result from your neutered rabbit.

Don't get me wrong, I like them, but not 16 plus two adults.

LOL! That is quite a funny story. I would take them back in to P@H and say you told me it was neutered and this is what happened when i put it in with mine. We breed Lionhead rabbits and it doesn't take long before you get over run with them.

Your rottie is lovely btw. My missus wants one, but they're a bit different from the westie and jack russel that we have now.
