Help Id My New Pleco

my hubby went out and brought us a pleco
doesnt have any idea of its name

at the moment hes doing a great job at cleaning my plant leaves and is out and about in day light.

im worried as i realy need to know what kinda food to feed him but most of all
im worried about how big hes going to get.

hes about 5" at the moment i think.....

please any help on this will be great

my hubby thought he was cute and we'v names him sid.....

i realy wanted a pleco but was hoping to get one that would'nt get too big
no more the 8" realy..
hubby said if hes a gonna be a big one we can upgrade tank but i love my tank lol

Looks like a common plec. Unless you plan on upgrading to a 6x2x2' tank it will need to grow. These can grow to 18"+ and ive see ones atleast 2" so evan a 6x2x2 would be on the small side. They grow extremely quickly and are hard to get rid of once they get big so i would return it to your lfs sooner rather than later.
