What Do You Think Of My Tank Setup?

here is a pic of my fairly new tank, i have posted a thread before, about stocking issues with it. tell me guys what you think of the set up? is it too much!!??
iam quite new to fishkeeping i love the look of natural planted tanks. unfortunetly my wife does not. she agreed, ok! allowedfor me to get a fish tank only if it was very colourful. like a saltwater tank. anyway saltwater way to costly, and planted tanks need alot of care and attention from what i read. so this is the setup i 've done which i have to admit although i really like it. it looks even better in the flesh. iam still yearning for a lushes green planted tank. i will definetly start one in a year or two. when iam fully prepared for it. but for now iam really happy with my colourful tank!.

the picture was taken when it only had 9 neons

i gradually added\;
4 colourful platies
1 dark blue male guppy
2 julie cories
and 2 baby yellow angels

will the angels be ok in the 30 gallon tank? for how long?
they are currently very smal,l same size as my platies. but how long can they be in there before needing a bigger tank

ohh! they are completely ignoring the neons, i dont think they see them as food. yet?

they were curious about the guppy at first. but after a day they seemed to have accepted him there.
there is zero chasing or bullying in my tank
