The first one looks like a healed over wound and the second looks like she may be half Crowntail or perhaps Plakad Crowntail as they don't get as long of fin rays as the longer fin types. The copper Crowntail has had most of her longer fin rays bitten off but you can see the difference between the lengths of hers and the little yellow Crowntail girls rays and the shorter ones on yours. All my females from my first and second generations had tails like yours as they were from a Crowntailed male and a non-Crown double tailed female.
I saw a betta for sale the other day with scales like that 1st pic. It said scale pattern not perfect, so I took that to mean a genetic defect. She's purdy though
