I knew someone would ask, I wanted to see if any of you could guess what it was it has taken me ages to find and I have seen it under so many different names. So have a guess.

They look like healthy fish ryan. I have 2 weather loaches and I just love their attitudes!

I like your cold water tank - what I can see of it... What is that substrate?

The substrate is a very small black grain gravel, I would like to change it to sand but I will wait a while before I do that.

Well It looks like a loach. it has that kind of Mouth - Right so far???

Now the shape is still that of a loach - right again

But to say what it is, Will need to go on loaches and see if i can see it.

Garra pingi pingi has been showing up in a few aquarium stores, being sold as a pond fish. There is very little information about this Asian fish. From what I have gathered, it is similar in behavior and appearance to various loaches and "algae eaters." It is reported to eat algae but probably is opportunistic and from my experience this is true. At the moment is seems to be peaceful and active so..............

Just Googled that name.

Thought it sounded Asian.

On all Accounts very rare fish in the hobby.
