Help!

ok first of all, sashimi has some sort of growth, the same color as him, he has had this going on for a couple weeks now, I noticed it but since it is the same color as him i figured i would just watch it. Today i see he has popeye i think...i have seen pictures on the internet and so i think thats what it is. eye looks enlarged with a foggy bubble over it. now the growth, is on the same side of his face, im trying to take pictures of him now but he is not havin it. I took him out and put him into a small container for now, in case it is something contagious i dont want the other boys to get. I gave him a brief salt bath, and now he is in one of my 1 gallon tubs. it looks as though the growth is coming off, the scales are very visible and look to be peeling. he also keeps bumping that side of his head against the tub. also breathing heavily
