I have a runny nose tetra which isn't well part of the fin is missing but i can;t see any fin rotting, it just seems to have dissipated.

Time Line Of Advents:

New tank set up 64l 4weeks ago 7 live plants

3weeks ago 1 Betta added 6Runny Nose Tetras and 2Panda Cory's

1 week ago- High Ph tetra dead (cause unkown no visible damage)

Yesterday- traces of White spot.

Today- Anti-White spot added, Carbon Filter Removed, and temp up.

Ph- 7.6
Ammonia- 0
Nitrite- 1+

What i think has happened.

I went to check he LFS i got the fish from and the tank has been tanken away because of white spot where i got the Tetras from.

what i think has happened-

Stress Caused by movement sparks white spot- then the fish slides across stuff, and Fin gets hurt, the tetra is eating, moving and schooling naturally.

What do you think

Pic-

1.Fin Before
2. Fin after

How long has the tank been set up.
Immediate water change, increase aeration.
If you added a med just add the correct amount of med back to water removed.

Bad water quality and nipping can cause fin loss.

Are yout treating for the whitespot.

Sounds like you tanks still cycling then.

Water changes and just keep adding the correct amount of med back to water removed.
