New Creature On My Fish Tank

hi, I have a quiet large fish tank, I think there is a very good balace all fishis they are happy, but today I found inside the tank some new creature. I bouth some live food 6 weeks ago and this look similar but I am not sure, and I dout some of them survive. Does anybody know what they are. Thanks for your help

p.s. I remouve from the tank just in case....

A larvae of some sort possibly mosquito, how big is it?

1 cm. There is another one smaller and green.

looks like a Damsel fly nymph, or mayfly nymph.

I think that's the one. I bought some live plants 4 weeks ago and they might be already there. Can they harm fishes in my tank or I can leave them there as a live food suply? (sword tail, ballon molly, loch, neon and tetra). Thank you very much.

I got these twice nice fish snacks my gbr's loved them
