Homemade Makeshift Temporary Divider.

I made mine with perforated plastic canvas, cut to size with those black plastic A4 binders on the sides to hold it steady, very easy, very cheap!
 
very good.
now where would i get some perforated plastic canvas?
how about a old t-shirt.. or something? if it was washed using water only ?
something like a fly mesh might do but ive just checked my pockets and none there.
i do have one or three a4 binders alright.

Any craft shop will have the plastic canvas sheets, or you can get it on ebay, are you in the UK? Fabric wont work, it needs to be rigid.
 
got some,
€3:15 each , as it's a tall tank, i got 2.
happy happy happy , now to take em home wash em and Hooooppeee fuuulllllly
my angel has not laid her eggs yet.
 
Wickes have rainwater outdoor guttering, about 6 or so pieces approx 2 foot high by 6" wide. Cable tie them together and you have a divider that would be easy to manipulate and downright cheap. Alternatively use egg crate.
 
Angels got a bit frisky with each other last night , so i made up the divider tooks minutes , looks brilliant. they've there own little third of a tank now . and instead of spending 80% of their time chasing every other fish they are now in full courtship, \o/

Would be good to see your divider (and others) if you've got photos
 
i will pop one up tonight, ive taken it out of the tank, while i was away at electric picnic(3 day concert event), they must have pooped em and ate em again.

130k is too big ., picasa web albums gives an error "Sorry, dynamic pages in the tags are not allowed"
looks like ive not got the time to be messing about here for another 10 minutes.
So im only going to stick little picture in ,
see how this works and edit it tomorrow if i have to.
