No problem its a Canon Powershot A75. I held the rock out of the water whislt my wife took it. The other photo`s of the corals were taken through the glass.

Blood would be fine imo, they hide most of the time. You need to be careful with starfish, some grow too large and starve, they also need careful acclimatisation
