Over the last few days one of my pakistani loaches has become very fat. I don't know if it's something to be concerned about or not because it's eating fine and swims round as fast as the other one. It's very active though a few minutes ago it was just sat at the bottom of the tank and didn't even move when a khuli loach poked it up the ass! Could there be some intestinal parasites or is it possible it's got eggs?
or that she's got eggs. But if there's internal problems, the poops should show.
... perhaps you might have to consider treating her with medications... Or better, try to set up a hospital tank using old water and a thin layer of old gravel and filter elements if possible, then put her in and see if she poops. U can examine it under a microscope and see if there's any abnormalities there (sorry it sounds gross
