New First Time Tank

hello again all, i was on here about a month ago with some pics of my empty tank. i have now moved tank and the tank is filled and cycled with everything seeming to be going well.
just thought id add a couple of pics.
in the tank there are, 5 serpea tetras, 4 x-ray tetras, 5 guppies, 2 neon tetras, 3 bristlenose plecs and 2 white fish that are unknown.
i have live plants in there and even they seem to be doing well.
my water is still a little cloudy (even after a water change), my bogwood was soaked for a couple of weeks and the gravel was also washed so has anyone any idea what could be causing it or is this normal for a tank with bogwood?
