Is She Ready To Drop?

Hi All, The guppy in the pic is heavily pregnant and is being bullied by another pregnant female guppy. I was wondering if this is an indication that she may be ready to drop. I don't want to isolate too early because I don't want to stress the fish. Also I am currently battling with some kind of disease as I have lost alot of fish over the past week.

I would appreciate it if someone could tell me whether she looks ready to drop.

if she has squred off
if shes staying away from the other fish
in you can see the fry in her greavid spot
and if shes breathing a bit quiker than normal and hanging around at the top of the tank usally next to the fillter of plants
