Hello

some of you may have seen my previous pics of my tank which had a few bits of wood in which i sold and had sand in which i have changed

i changed from sand to gravel as i didnt like the dirty look of the poop on top of the gravel all the time so i changed to black gravel. i also changed the bits of wood as i wanted 2 large pices to give more cover for the fishes and i inlcuded some more silk plants and rescaped the tank.

currently this tank is going to be broken down as i am leaving the freshwater side for the marines.

i also changed the stock white and purple lamp to purple and blue in preperation for the salty side.

enjoy. comments all welcome

Nice choice. I like the natural look of black gravel. It shows off fish with vibrant colors more. Like neon tetras.

thanks

sand is a pain in the a***

alot easier to vac gravel although saying that ive just ordered coral SAND for my new set up.. lol

love the yoyo loach

nice tank :good:

the yoyo loach is amazing. the large bit of wood on the left. theres a hole in it just big enough for the loach. it will go into the hole backwards upside and just leave his head popping out. it will just relax there for ages untill it goes off on his search for food. very greedy little thing.
