Right, no offence, but what exactly are you asking?

the lights there in the pic are my lights off my fish tank there 25 watt there chineses and i have a planted tank i wanted to upgrade my lights just wanting to no if the 1 s i ve got are good or not and if i could get better 1s which ones and what mods do i need to do thanks

What size is the tank, CO2, ferts etc...?

the size of the tank is 130 litres which is 34 uk gallon no co2 just air pump and i feed my plants liquid plant food

You can grow very tough plants, anubias, java fern, mosses, boltibis, Amazon swords, and cryptocorynes with that lighting level. The growth will be quite slow, but if you have good reflectors and use your liquid plant food, they'll grow. If you want more, then you'll have to consider upgrading your lighting. You can create a beautiful, lush scape with just the above. It just takes patience.

You can create a lush scape with just the plants I mentioned if you chose not to upgrade your lighting. As for different colors in the water, what do you mean by that, the plants or the lights?

Moonlights serve no purpose regarding live plants, they are just for decoration really. IMO they look hideous, but thats just my opinion, others members im sure will love them. As for the make sara, ive never heared of them so i cant help you there sorry.
