Still scared to venture above the water line though, he'll go right up to it and then turn around. It's like he knows!!! :eek:

Is that just transparent pipe connected to the pvc tube? Where did you get it?
 
Quite the idea! Wonder if they will ever get up the nerve to go for the adventure?

i always wondered about piping in that way but never tried it... looks cool tho
 
I'm sure the little critters will love it once they get used to it..... could take weeks tho :rolleyes:

Someone on here posted a link to a site showing two tanks in a room linked by a fishy highway that went along the ceiling !!
 
Last night I put some food in the pipe and my kuhli loaches have since colonized :D I'm thinking I might put some snails in there to get the puffers interested. The kuhlis are pretty much bottom dwellers so I don't think they'll be hangin' out up in the loop :blink: I'll keep the pics flowin'!
 
Sorry these pics are kinda crappy. The kuhlis stay so low in the tube it's hard to get a good angle on them... and they swim so fast it's hard to focus! These are my best shot for today ;)
