and here is a pic of the swordtail i ipicked up today, i also have a male but i cant get a good pic of him, would the pair do okay if i put them in a five gallon? my tiger barbs are pickin on the male a lot

do you think she is preg?

What a nice difference it makes to put a background on the tank. :nod:

Your two swordtails might be OK in the small tank, but chances are good that she's pregnant and there's not much room for the fry to hide in such a little space.

29 gallon:5 tiger barbs, 4 red eyed tetras, 1 blue gourami, 1 redfin shark, 1 pleco, 1 guppy, 2 swordtails

Dont the tiger barbs NIP the Gouramie I heard that tiger bars cant be with angelfish and gouramies, But if u have many they will only nip eachother.

i had six of them, but one dissapeared, they never mess with any other fish, but they seem to be picking on the male swordtail, maybe just because hes a new-comer...thanks guys!
