These are some pictures of my fish tank and fish. The gourami and blood parrot are both fish I rescued from tanks where they were being attacked constantly. They are nervous and hide in caves most of the time now. The floating plants are there to make my fish comfortable. They drift around slowly, so they don't shade the other plants too much.
The tank, the whole tank and nothing but the tank:

A Tiger Barb and a clown loach under my cryptocryne. This is all I'm going to post now. Do my clown loaches look healthy?

The blood parrot isn't dyed. Their only natural color is oarnge. If you think mine is nice you should see my dads, who's blood parrot is bigger and more impressive. He had two, but one is staying in my tank for a few months to give it a chance to go back to normal.

Real plants are great, even though they are extra work, they are good for your water. I'm tearing down my tank in 3-4 weeks to add a soil underlayer, just so my plants grow better.

I like real plants to I have some called banana plants. Has anyone ever heard of them???? I know you all have I think they are cute but they grow so fast. Oh and by the way your tank is very nice.

Hey, great tank. One thing I think you could do to give your aquarium a more natural look is to get a background. I just spray painted the back of my 10 and 29 gallon aquariums and will do the same to my 75 soon. It just hides all of the pipes and filters. If you don't want to do that, you could just get a plastic background sheet. It is so simple and easy to do and it makes a HUGE difference. Just my oppinion. Keep up the good work!

Freshmike, I'll get some better pictures of my cichlid later and post them again. I'll see if I can get his iridescent blue color. He looks like one of those electric blue african cichlids in real life.
