Nice although this is a form of spamming.

why is it??

i think thats great! it lets the newts get the "land" they need with the certainty that they wont get stuck and dry out.

Just look at their username and their other posts. Its a good idea though but nothing compared to keeping newts/crabs etc in proper setup. I wouldnt put one in any of my tanks though, they look ugly and bulky.

im not too sure about the science behind this - but, the only iffy point i have is.....if a human was in the same situation
surely we would use up the oxygen in the dome, and as a consequence, carbonmonoxide 'or something' would form.

now...i know thats with humans, would it be similar with these?

I think it has an airstone/pump built in to provide fresh oxygen.

Thats ridiculous, a terrible way to keep newts and a terrible way to advertise...

it cant have an airstone in - it would lift the dome up, plus bubbles alone wouldnt give oxygen.

Ive got to agree with Mike - this is not the way to keep newts - this is a fishtank, not a newt tank
the two things required very different environments - having the two is just not right in my eyes,
plus the dome looks like a cooking dish put into a tank.

Actually, ive just noted something in the first pic......a goldfish and a loach is it? what type of tank
is this, cold water fish, tropical fish and newts, sorry, this isnt right
