does anybody know much about these fish?

How common are they?

What is there retail price?

This should be in the rare section.

Xiphophorus nigrensis are in the UK but not many of them Dunchp would be a good start to ask, or even better in joining the British livebearer accossiation (BLA)

Of ask at http://www.viviparous.org.uk

As for retail this is impossible to say as shop will not have these fish, at auction they can go from £5-15 a pair

a local breeder just sold them to retailers in my area, trying to get as much info as pos before i pick them up 2moz.

Thanks for moving to the rarer section.

They like cool water dont go any higher than 74F

They like a good flow rate.

i was planning on having a species tank for them, then i thought i might put them with my nezzies as they like similar conditions but i really dont want them to cross breed, as they are so small i might keep them in my 50 litre and keep the big one for a bigger species.
