i went to the pet shop today knowing they were getting new fish
and they had four male fighters;two red; two purple.
one red and one purple were in a tank together!!!!
so i took them both
the owner said that the two had a fight!
but none of them had any damage

so now i am going to re arange some tanks as i was only planning to get one
they have some of the most amazing finage for vts that i have seen here in ages

will post pictures when i have tanks set up
probably put them up tomorrow

whoah.... how can someone get into selling fish for a living (obviously they have an interest or passion in the hobby) and be so ignorant to needs of one of the most commonly kept fish?

Utter stupidity.

Glad you saved em! Literally....

Can't wait for the pics... you've talked them up so much already though.... the pictures might not do them justice . I'm only kidding.... but really, CANT WAIT FOR PICS

these are my two fighters i got before them
names are colby and edam
edam has some fin problems that he has always had and have never repaired

I hate to be 'pessimistic' .... but those are both standard blue and red VT's.

And now reviewing your posts.... ... here we go again. how old are you?

I personally think they are quite nice VT’s.

hey sorry guys bout the breeder traps
they were in them while i was rearranging my tanks for the fighters to go in.
i will post some pictures of thier new tanks tonight hopefully

I love the red one! Solid bright red is one of my fav betta colors
