What Size Tank You Got?

Right im wanting to downgrade

(well i dont i want my 6ft tank back but thats a no go in my room anymore!) but im thinking 4ft with a 3ft sump??? but i wonder is this to small?? it will be from 240L to 300L(not including the sump)

Any way good chance to get people to add a full tank shot of there tank and state what size it is please also do the poll thanks!!!! just so i can make my mind up! will find it very very greatfull as im wanting to get one for this weekend!!!!!

you will have to re-home that regal tang if you get a small tank.

What about a 4'x2'x2'. That's 120 gallons and isn't as lengthy as a 125 standard usg and only 6" wider. That's what I'll be putting up after Christmas sometime. I'm setting up a 30"x12"x16 or 18" tank now. It's 29 gallons. Just waiting on my hubby to finish the stand :good:

AND YOU CAN KEEP DORY!!!! aka Regal Tang. Skifletch told me I could have one in my 120 gallon that I have. Ponder that, maybe??!!

i think a 4x2x2 is my next tank. LFS has one and it looks fantastic proportions

Yah iv seen a few 4'x2'x2' and looked nice!!! i just dont wana nothink to small and nothink to big! see i thort about a 5ft but then like mite aswell get my 6ft tank again! but thats just a no no

iv seen a few tall ones !!! like 48in WIDE, 30in HIGH AND 18in DEEP and 120 x 50 x 71 they seem really nice :crazy:

Having to do it all over again I'd go with either a 4' 75g (48x18x18) or a 4' 120g (4x2x2) so I could keep a Tang...

Thanks ski , yah its defo gota be a 4' seen a few tho a 4ft 30" high one i like on ebay! only downside its no drilled or out! i wanted to run a sump!!!

2ndley some come with xtra bits tho im only bidding for the tank not the bits they are an xtra!!!

3rdley i was hopeing to get already drilled with sump so does anyone if i can drill these tanks???

30" is significantly taller than 24" (~60cm) that the othe two are. And when the tank is almost twice as high as it is long, rock stacking is difficult...

do you have a newspaper classifieds section or anyplace like that to look? Even in lfs, if they allow people to post for things for sale. Just trying to give you ideas of where to look. Are you a member of a local aquarium club? That's how I got my 120 gallon :good:
