Mouth Problems With 2 Koi

I don’t know if my 2 fish have the same problem or 2 different problems.

trickle has got a white mouth, the left is worse and on the top it is flaking. It only started yesterday and seems to have got worse.

Flash the 2ND fish he has a lump hanging down from his mouth & has a enlarged whisker. (circled in red)

I can't really see in detail what the problems are from the pictures but from disease descriptions could it be Columnaris?

Symptons are

Cottony growth or white threads blowing out of mouth, lethargy, clamped fins, thick heavy slime coat, dry skin.

Are the koi in a tank or pond.
White mouths is columnaris and can soon rot the mouth away if it's a bad strain.

Is the lump beneath the skin or on top of the skin.
The lump has it just suddenly appeared.
Is the lump hard or soft like filled with fluid.
Usually with lumps say try a bacterial med and you have to treat the other one for columnaris so might aswell treat
them both together.
