I re-planted my tank as the old one sucked. I have also ordered 25 plants off eBay to go alongside the ones in here already. They are all pics of the gouramis as they were the only ones to stay remotely still enough to pic.

nice tank ya got there...maybe spreading your plants out more or doing that with the new plants you are getting would look good

nice tank the plants and rocks look great! the gouramis look really nice.

get the lonely rasbora some tank mates. and i background would look awesome

go to a craft shop and get a roll of black paper. i got 15m for £2. or tesco or any supermarket. that way you cut what you need and have some more for a next time. black is the best imo. sometimes navy blue works but black is best.

I would suggest a smaller internal filter, yours takes up alot of space. Maybe a hangon.

hey i recently bought 25 plants of ebay they look so great you have actually got a great deal. take a look for yourself

the big one on the right hand side may not be aquatic. if it has white and green stripy leaves, bin it now.

its fine ive already taken it out of my tank thats an old photo..its current sitting in a plant pot on my windowsil

Ok, ill print off some black borderless pages and stick them together xD!
Thanks for all the comments

Thats going to use alot of black ink, just buy the already made black backgrounds. I payed £3.50 for a 4ft 14", not really expensive.

Could try a black bin bag? I use a black rubble sack for a background on my corner tank, it's pretty good because it has a matt finish.

You can get proper glossy finish aquarium background for about £3 though.

Good luck with the dwarf gouramis, I've never been able to keep any past 6 months  . Tank looks good :good:.
