Well, Frank has made a come back!!! :hyper: I treated with antibiotics, and he's doing well, although it's taken awhile. There were times when I was sure he wouldn't make it. I'm continuing antibiotic teratment and will continue for awhile. I have concerns now, about putting him back with the Malawis, although there WERE no problems that I saw. I need an opinion...I'm considering putting him in the 55gal. when he's ready. See sig. for tank occupants. I'm a little concerned that he may not get along there, as I do have quite a few bottom dwellers, including a very "cranky" Clown Pleco. What do you guys think?

I would leave him abit longer in the hospital tank just to make sure everything fine.
Have you ran out of the antibiotics as I would treat another week just to make sure the bacteria gone.
Well done glad he on the mend.

I intend to continue the antibiotics, and maybe, in two weeks look at getting him out of isolation. Any suggestions as to whether I should try the Malawi tank again, or try the 55gallon. Info in signature....

Cant help with the malawi tank know nothing about them or the fish.
Ask in the right part of the forum.
Did you managed to get that worming med.
Great he back to his old self bless him.

Here's Frank, in all his glory. He's having an afternoon snack...I'm trying to fatten him up, as he has lost weight. He thinks he's died and gone to heaven, with all the treats he's been getting!

Or bless him he cute as some of them are rather ugly looking lol.
Done a good job with him well done.

I used to think that he had a face only a mother could love...Now I think he's beautiful. He looks at me with those big blue eyes, and I give him what he wants...which is usually food! Thanks for all your help, Wilder.
