Hi,
Please can you help i am looking to upgrade my lighting system from the Arcadia Ibar to a 150w MH. Due to where my tank is located (Under the stairs) i will struggle to have luminaire suspended from the ceiling, but a clamp on unit such as the CH-150 (Which to be honest at £79.99 new is a bargin for a MH) looks to be a good idea.
Now the move up to the MH will be great for the tank but am concerend about the the coverage as the tank is Juwel Rio 125. I can mount the light unit on my Refugirum but will the spread be enough to cover the nearly 3ft wide tank as well as the bracing bar that runs across the middle will this cause a shaddow line (would rather not stretch to buy two of these)
ps. anyone have one of these light and is it any good?
